Homer Glen Market Trends for June 2020
Homer Glen home sales for the month of June decreased in volume by 2.9% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 10.5% from $342,000 to $378,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 6.7%, while the median sale price rose by 1.3% from $379,950 to $385,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 60%, while the median sale price decreased by 12.9% from $290,000 to $252,500.
