Lake in the Hills Market Trends for June 2020
Lake in the Hills home sales for the month of June decreased in volume by 7.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 7.8% from $225,000 to $242,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 10.7%, while the median sale price rose by 8.2% from $245,000 to $265,000. Condo/townhome sales stayed the same, while the median sale price rose by 3.2% from $167,500 to $172,900.
