Real Estate is about helping people.
Here's an example.
A homeowner may be without funds or with health issues and unable to stay in the property or to do the necessary repairs to get it into shape to sell.
What if there was a company that would be able to purchase the home in the present condition that will allow the owner to get out without a short sale, foreclosure, or bankruptcy. This same company would assist in finding the owner a place to live that is affordable.
And then this same company could go in completely renovate the first property with lots of TLC.
 
 
I bet you are thinking Tender Loving Care, but my definition is Tons Of Liquid Cash.  
We are so quick to tell sellers that their house must be in perfect move-in condition to get top dollar.
But this is another way we can help people in Real Estate. 
It is like foster care for your home.
Let someone else help with the house until you are able to move on.
