4 Tips to Sell Your Property Listing in a Buyer’s Market
It has been a few years of steady growth, but now the real estate market has started showing signs of downturn again. There are many properties available. The prices are stagnating. It is definitely a buyer’s market.
If you are a real estate agent, you may have started working on your property listings for months now with no or very little results. What do you intend to do now? How are you going to sell your listings? What will you tell your sellers who may already have started calling you about their properties getting sold?

Get aggressive with social media marketing
No matter where you market your listed properties, make sure you put up a short preview on your social media pages.
