Take Action: Be The Bean

Your action for today is is to reflect on a time
when you did the right thing and one where you didn't.
Take time to notice the difference
and how you felt at both times.
 
I was taught by an antidote long ago,
you can be the carrot, the egg or the coffee bean.
 
The world is a boiling pot:
 
You can let it make you soft/weak 
like the carrot turns in boiling water
 
You can let it make you hard/inflexible
like the egg turns in boiling water
 
or you can turn your environment, not it you!
Like the coffee changes beans turn boiling water
into delicious coffee.
Be the coffee bean in your environment.
 
Design an extraordinary day!
