Your action for today is to think of an area in your life,
either personal or professional,
where you can put forth more effort to achieve better results.
My professional concentrated effort is in better communication
than expected with my clients.
 
My personal concentrated effort is focused on my health
this year: conscious food choices and an exercise plan.
