Many many moons ago, before the 2007 real estate crash, I was quite active on activerain. Unfortunately I was kind of a newby to the real estate industry at the time so the crash got the best of me and I was forced to search out other means of support during that crisis.
Well, a few years ago I decided to give it another try so I reinstated my RE license. Now I'm back at it again fumbling with different tactics to see what works and what doesn't to get my career back on track, and I remembered that activerain actually did work. So I set up a new account since I couldn't figure out how to get back into my existing account from years past.
Anyway, I thought since this is my first blog in many years, I would re-post a blast from my past to reintroduce myself. It may be a little outdated but it's on the light and hopefully humorous side. Here I go again...
 
I know everybody has their own reasons for getting into real estate, so I am in no way implying that these reason reflect every agents opinions. But in my opinion these are some pretty darn good ones.
