Only One Conductor

When selling a house, there can only be one conductor.

More and you get some not so pleasant sounds. I'm getting ready to list a property, and there rules to follow for the owners.  No, you do not allow friends and family in because they may know someone who MAY be interested in your house.  No one comes in without going through me. Make me the bad guy. Your sister in law's niece's ex- brother in law's recently married son, has to talk to me.
Just this morning, my newest property just let a neighbor in because they 'might know someone.' If I am going to represent you, let me do my job!
A quick talk with both husband and wife will stop this in the future. Well-meaning owners can innocently "give the farm away."
There are rules to follow. There is only one conductor to have beautiful sounding music.
Let the leader, aka listing agent, set the tone!
