Not So Wordless Wednesday: Sayulita Style Shrimp Ceviche!

One of our favorite Mexican places, Corrazōn Cocina is located inside of the Santa Barbara Public Market.  When the edict came down of no indoor eating, we wondered whether or not, they and the other eateries within the Public Market would resort to take-out only.
 
However, thanks to our mayor, the eateries were allowed to expand on the street as seen above.  This was my view of the lovely eating area that was created.
Pictured above is Sayulita (named after a small beach town in Mexico, population 2000) Shrimp Ceviche!  Fresh wild Mexican shrimp is citrus ceviche sauce, on a thin layer of guacamole, with mango, jicama, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.  
And here is Ron's view of the outdoor seating.  What you are seeing is the adjacent condo complex and its courtyard! Life is Good!
