Fischer Homes Opens Keaton Model Home in Watercrest at Landen
 
Fischer Homes is holding the Grand Opening for a new model home this weekend at their Watercrest at Landen community.
The Keaton, LOOKS like a patio home and features many of the current features of patio homes. 
You can have single floor living with the huge first floor master suite The floor plan is very open The home is quite stylish and offered in multiple elevations (front looks) Where the Keaton differs from most patio homes is the inclusion of two extra bedrooms and a full bath UPSTAIRS, although the loft concept is used by Fischer Homes for some of their patio home floorplans.
However, where a patio home typically offers a loft OR a basement, the Keaton has the option of having both.
Finished square footage as planned is approximately 2100 ft2 at a starting price in Watercrest at Landen of approximately $316,000.
The Keaton model home will open Saturday August 8th from noon-4 p.m. 
Watercrest at Landen offers BOTH patio homes and ranch homes and is located just south of Kings Island off of Columbia Rd.
