And Then The Phone Rang. . .
I am surprised that I missed this post from Michael Jacobs since I make it a point to read all of his posts.  His ponderings are always worth a read!  I am very happy to hear that he got the chance to get to know Sharon Lee, I have met her in person and she is indeed a wonderful woman!
 
And Then The Phone Rang. . . 
 
Although issues of the day on ActiveRain can cause frustration and may be out of our control, that doesn’t eliminate the constant chatter on the subject.  This extends far beyond AR into many, if not all, areas of social media and in the real world.  
 
That said, this forum is unique because we often initially meet members through their words.  There can be times 
when these words can become one-sided but through back-and-forth commenting, a relationship can develop.  


We learn about them as well as things going on in their world.  Sometimes, meetings in person can occur but 
connections have been known to happen  through a variety of communication methods. 
 
I don’t remember when I first “met” Sharon Lee but I do recall the comment exchanges that have taken place here.  That ... more
