Last year we did a seminar for multi families. In fact, we did seminars for 4 families and under, four to five families and over, seminars to help people start their American dream of owning their own businesses, and we even found them financing, and we set people up in Commercial investments from everything from strip malls with anchors, to productive commercial buildings that housed their own business.
The seminars were a success. The multi family seminar alone allowed us to sell forty one multi families in less than one hundred and fifty days. It was fun, and we made a lot of people money.
