Smooth Closings Don't Just Happen
 
Smooth closings don't just happen.
They are created with teamwork involving knowledgeable, kind, caring people working towards the same goal.
So fortunate in my career that I continue to have the
the privilege of meeting these professionals.
This week, we closed on 315 Northlands Ct. Bulle Rock.
 The efficient buyer's agents, a mother-daughter team, made this process a delight.

Every call was made and answered professionally and with respect. We worked entirely as a team. Things got done by working in-tandem.
Just one tiny example:
It was a VA loan, and we needed a fast termite inspection and report. Several delays with scheduling, and we pulled together our contacts. The seller, the buyer's agents, and I all made calls to see
who could get it done the fastest.
No one said, "that's not my job."
The lender, Gerald B.Zapol  gave us those sweet words' Clear To Close.'
The walk-thru was a breeze; the requested repairs, documented and delivered.
 
Warranty information was shared, and utilities were all coordinated.
Nothing complicated with these steps.
The attorney who handled the title was
Charles E. Bradford of Karas & Bradford in Bel Air.
 
Just a delightful team working together for another smooth closing.
