Palos Verdes Real Estate Sales Los Verdes Neighborhood 2019

2019 Palos Verdes homes sales for Los Verdes remained the same at 40 single family homes sold in both 2019 and 2018. Price per square foot for Los Verdes houses that sold in 2019 increased to $663 compared from $629 in 2018, a 5.4% increase.  Average sales price for Los Verdes homes sold in 2019 was $1,320,800 compared to $1,307,702 in 2018.  The most expensive home sold for $2,200,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $960,000.
Currently, Los Verdes has 1 active Palos Verdes home for sale.  There is 1 single family home priced at $1,300,000 for a 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,440 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
