Inspirationally, I have been challenged to rise above the pandemic. My Sellers and I have been friends for more than 20 years. Maintaining a friendship for any length of time involves commitment and the confidence to know, this friendship could last. Between March and August we were challenged by obstacles, such as to list or not to list, keep tenant in or out. And then there were the orders: Masks. Social Distancing. Santize, etc. To do or not to do and to follow the orders. What worked? We communicated, listened, prepared, analyzed, compared, and focused on when would be the best time to list their property for sale, after the tenants moved out. What didn't work was getting the property listed sooner because of the pandemic. The house finally went on the market on August 4.
