Unbreathable Daze | October Challenge
The October Challenge is about sharing stories on what changes we have made in our personal and/or business life from July 1st, 2020 to the present.  We are asked to share what worked and what has not worked as we had expected. 
 
Story #1 - Unbreathable Daze 
July 1, 2020, and the COVID-19 pandemic continues to take lives and impact the lives of so many people. From the business sector, too many small business owners were forced to close their doors, and many are leaving the State of California.
These past three (3) months challenged me to dig deeper with patience in many ways.
• with myself and others
• with wearing a mask
• with distancing from others
• with not being able to hug people
• with the divide regarding COVID-19
 
For the most part, I keep silent. I support people who are shinning their light on the darkness. I pass on the negative despite the urge to say something.
 
And if COVID-19 and the protocols in my personal life and business life were not enough … enter the California wildfires. I cannot allow myself to think about the devastation for too long because it creates deep sadness within me. Sadness is a real emotion that I appreciate ... more
