Once you know where you want to go you need to know where you are. Understanding your credit and how it is part of the home buying process is one of the first steps that needs to be taken.
For these folks they have a number of credit issues that need to be resolved. Sure, it will take them some time, but once they have a roadmap, they can begin their journey.
