Ask An Ambassador -  What Areas Do You Work In?
 
Lately I've been reading a lot of posts this past 3 months and I've noticed a lot of newer members which is great! Welcome to ActiveRain! 
 
But,  for many of you I have no idea of the state, or area you are located in or where you do business.  Why does this matter?  Glad you asked!
 
Take for example if I am looking to refer a client out to a fellow rainer how do I find one?  First of all, I prefer to refer clients to someone that I know, like and trust and that I have a pretty good feel of how they run their business. If I've been reading your posts and think you're an awesome agent BUT don't know where you practice real estate, it's not likely you'll be 'top of mind' when a referral pops up. 
 
It's also very important to let your local audience in on the secret of exactly what area(s) you work so you become the local expert.
