The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 45, as compared to 43 last month.  Thirty three are pre-owned and 12 are new construction. Currently for sale, there are:
14 single family homes (ranging in price from $400,000 - $2,195,000) 2 half-duplexes ($314,900 - $338,900) 12 condos ($189,000 – $459,000) 19 townhomes ($331,900 - $594,000) Thirty three of the available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.  
The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 84 days, as compared to 78 last month. The median number of days on the market is 42 days, compared to last month’s 44 days.
