Looking to get the best bang for your buck when selling your home?
If you have ever fired a 50 caliber sharps, you know bang.  If you have ever shouldered a .375 H and H magnum and fired one of those you also know, probably the best bang.  Both of those weapons systems are fantastic and offer the shooter a lot of firepower.
However, they are not for hunting small game.  The important thing is you choose your weapon wisely.  When I was a LAPD regular, for the "traffic" stop and other events that we could not prepare for we had defensive weapons, our side arms.  However, when we received radio calls, back ups, assistances, and help calls we went in with other weapons systems, because the scenario became of an offensive nature.
When you are going to choose a Realtor I would ask you to do the same.  You want someone that has ingrained themselves in technology, but still embraces the old "way of the force".  There is nothing that beats the door knocking of your neighbors after your home is put onto the market.  (However, we have to think whether or not this would be most advantageous to the seller (if the seller's property distressed, then we might not want to share ... more
