Cure the drought
I have taught and been a part of staffing a number of seminars as well as trained agents in a number of real estate offices. I am often struck as to how so many people are programed for failure. We have a society that is programming us (especially through reality TV and talk shows) to be victims. Do you want to be famous for a few months?  Tell the world how you are a victim and they give you instant publicity.
I prefer to pursue the opposite tactic. I prefer to empower people. I prefer to build them up. I prefer to find what they are doing right and point THAT out to them. Why does it matter? Let me tell you a story.
One seminar I was a part of was being taught along with Robert G. Allen ("Nothing Down", "Creating Wealth"). In the seminar, we took teenage kids that society had basically given up on and looked to empower them.
