The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 34, as compared to 45 last month.  Twenty six are pre-owned and 8 are new construction. Currently for sale, there are:
7 single family homes (ranging in price from $397,000 - $2,195,000) No half-duplexes 20 condos ($175,000 – $469,000) 7 townhomes ($364,900 - $590,000) Twenty nine of the available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.  
The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 93 days, as compared to 84 last month. The median number of days on the market is 59 days, compared to last month’s 42 days.
