Eight homes sold in Ardrey in the 4th Quarter 2020. Average sale price during the fourth quarter was $579,969. The median sale price for the quarter was $555,000 At the end of the fourth quarter, no homes were listed for sale. At quarter-end, two Ardrey homes were in contract. 
 
Average days on market for Ardrey homes sold in the fourth quarter were 5, while median days on market were one. Ardrey homes sold almost as quickly as they came on the market.
