The Tuesday Zoom call was on creating a Podcast and was hosted by Debb Maxwell. The presented was Kenneth (Ken) Jones who currently works as a Real Estate Investment Consultant but has been a licensed real estate broker and Certified Appraiser.  He has been working in the business since the early 1970's and has developed and evolved his marketing and sales abilities into what he does today.  
He made this Zoom meeting a How To for anyone interested in doing podcasts and was most gracious in demonstrating how one would be set up, what type of equipment would be needed, techniques with equipment and scripts to make a professional podcast and even what platforms to seek to host the podcast.
It was an interesting 45 minutes, and what made it more pleasant to myself was the Zoom screen with the participants from ActiveRain which made it the closest thing to being part of what we used to know as RainCamps.  (Only without the handshakes and hugs).
Ken offered a step by step approach to setting up a podcast.  Starting out with what to discuss and the manner in which it should be prepared.  People are quick ... more
