PODCAST ESSENTIALS WITH AR MEMBER KEN JONES
This week’s Active Rain Zoom instruction was very helpful for me.  Just like every week of the Active Rain we had an expert with Ken Jones .  I have considered podcasts as well as YouTube live for my own business.  I was approached several years ago and asked to consider doing a show on an Internet radio station.  The idea was good, but the arrangement did not work.  However, along with blogging and video audio podcasts are popular and can build your brand.
Before starting this summary, I took the opportunity to listen to two of Ken’s recent podcasts.  He didn’t talk about this but the individual doing the podcast is responsible for the delivery.  After someone sees the title and starts listening will they listen to end? 
I went to the podcast app on my iPhone and searched for the Ken Jones Real Estate Show and listened to the podcast Closing the Sale Starts at Hello and the I listened to the podcast The Top Five Reasons Homes Don’t Get Sold.  Ken’s delivery including his pauses, voice infection, and the background music and applause created an engaging professional radio performance.  The content was well planned.  Without good content delivery won’t matter.  ... more
