When your Phone is on Do Not Disturb
 
I dropped off my neighbor after dinner last night, and a very strange dude was at the door of her neighbor, and started doing weird things.   He was loud, and then looked like he was taking photos of us in the car.    He parked across the street, so as he was going towards his car, he went to the back of my car, looked like he was taking a photo of my license plate.    
 
It did not feel safe for my neighbor to get out of the car, so I drove out of the driveway, and this dude got in the middle of the street like he was going to stop my car.   I laid on the horn.   He finally moved, and I drove up the street.   He got in his car, drove right next to me with his window down yelling at me, but I had already dialed 911.    That was dumb of this dude, as when he turned around, I let the police know his license plate.
He must have known I was calling 911, and took off out of the neighborhood, and did not see him again, so took my neighbor home.
