Princeville condo (and house) update for the week of June 15th to 21st

And welcome to summer. (June 21st is the start!) It was such a dry winter this year that it's hard to tell where summer starts. The weather has been outstanding pretty much the whole year - which is one of the many reasons people love to live here.
