#2-ZOOM-califragilisticexpialidocious - JANUARY 2021 contest
Ken Jones was our speaker for the January 12 Zoom meeting and he went over everything that we may need to do our own podcast.  The timing of this (for me) was excellent, as I am going to be doing one very soon regarding creative real estate.  Especially since my main expertise is buying properties 'Subject To' and I already have a large following on certain social media sites.
Ken is very knowledgable about what he does and we were lucky to have him on our meeting and I can see why he's so good about putting on a podcast.  
He has one of those voices that you can listen to any time of day!
I would encourage you to go find some of his past podcasts and listen to them.  I don't think that you'll be dissappointed.
He went over everything that we would need to put on our own podcast including software that you may want (depending on what kind of computer you have), different things that you may want whether you have an Apple or PC, microphones that you could use (he gave us numerous choices to look at, though you don't have to go with those), microphone holders (if you want ... more
