There is little doubt in anyone's mind that the amount of true information one can find on the Internet is often overshadowed by the dirt peddlers that just post for the purpose of creating havoc. Such is the case with the author of the article warning of real estate agent tricks used to mislead.  First clue to the trash is the choice by the author to use the term real estate agent, and not Realtor® which would have brought NAR down on the author and the rag that paid her for the article.
 
Clients Don't Get The Services They Pay For
In the introductory paragraph the author espouses that all clients pay for an agent's services, which in 99% of the time is not true. Sellers do pay a commission but that is to get the property properly marketed, photographed and sold, and even then no one gets paid if that agent can't get the house sold.
