Santa Clara County Probate Homes Activity December 2020
Our December 2020 Santa Clara County probate sales activity report is published. The data consists of properties sold in probate and homes sold in trusts. There were no conservatorship sales in the month of November.

While cases are moving through the court, the increase in court backlog due to COVID-19 and state budget cuts are creating hardship for many probate estates. The Probate Court is acutely and painfully aware that there are significant backlogs.
Let us look at a snapshot of the December 2020 data as of January 1, 2021.
Four (4) homes for sale Seven (7) homes under contract Four (4) homes sold The highest price home sold: a single-family home in Saratoga 95070.  List price $1,295,000. This home was a fixer/tear-down. Final Sale price $2,120,000. 
The lowest-priced home sold: a condominium in San Jose 95135. List price $568,000. Final sale price $553,000.
