Caught in a Tug-of War- with a Bully
Have you ever encountered a hostile colleague or inconsideratel company representative who is prone to bullying? Have you ever had your earnest desire to protect and promote your client's interests be sabotaged by individuals with dubious intentions? 
Not long ago I found myself in a situation where my client expressed frustration and discomfort with another professional while considering the purchase of a home.  Although I tried to persevere and facilitate the transaction, the nonverbal communication and negative vibes on the part of the company representative prevailed.  On her own accord, my client decided not to do business with said company. Fortunately, she found the perfect home at another community and the story ended positively.
Please share how you handled the so-called bully.  How did yo prevent your client from knowiing about the challenges you were facing behind the scences?  Woluld you tend to avoid dealing with this person and company henceforth? Would you feel inclined to make subsequent buyers under an agency agreement with you aware that there might be potential problems with said agent and company?
