It seems that the Fraudsters and scum, I mean Scam Artist are coming out of the woodwork, and everyone is susceptible
........even Realtors and real estate professionals but more so--The Public. That is why I created this group: Real Estate Fraud, Scams, and Ponzi schemes REPORT THEM HERE. I would like to invite everyone to post any fraudulently activity here to this new group. Just the other day a “Title Rep” presented me with an “opportunity” that sounded a lot like a scam! I’ve been in Real Estate for over 21 years, and I know a scam when I hear it! I will post the details later so that you, too, can watch out! There is so much for us to deal with and now we have to keep an eye out for “title reps” trying to scam Realtors—give me a break!
These scoundrels give our profession a bad name and while it may not be your or my job to expose them—I think we owe a duty to public to make them aware of all the possible scams—I think that part of reason for this mortgage meltdown and housing crisis has to do with: Greed, Fraud and Plain Foolishness—the perfect storm for what is happening now.
