Some Of The Services You May Want To Take Advantage Of....
Application Processing-Verification of income, rental history & credit allows the owner to make an informed decision on applicants.Contract Negotiations-Once a proposed contract is received, we will submit this to the owner for acceptance and assist with negotiations if needed.Rental Collections-We collect and deposit all payments from tenants.  In the event a tenant is late with a payment, we will proceed with the necessary legal actions to collect the outstanding debt.Accounts Payable-We can custom tailor a program for each owner.  This may include the payment of some or all debts including mortgages, taxes, insurance, maintenance, utilities, etc.Maintenance Program-We are available to the tenants 7 days per week.  Requests will be completed pursuant to the terms of the individual lease agreements as well as the terms agreed upon with the owners.Lease Renewal Agreements-Similar to new proposed contracts, we ... more
