The numbers are in for June.  Nine homes sold in Russet Woods and Southwood in the month of June 2008.  Prices range from 217,700 for a home on Top O' Tree to 410,000 for one of the new homes in Southwood Highlands.  Russet Woods is conveniently located off South Shades Crest Rd between HWY-150 and Morgan Rd. It is about 5 miles from the Galleria and 3 miles from Hoover High and the Hoover Met (Regions Park).
