Seymour MO foreclosed homes as of July 2008
South Central Missouri has not seen the high rate of foreclosures like other parts of the country. Our office receives calls daily for people looking for REO and bank owned properties. Sometimes, I don't think they believe me when I tell them we do not have pages and pages of foreclosed homes.
If you are looking for a foreclosed, fixer upper, sold as is in the Seymour MO area, I found only two on the market as of July 12, 2008:
