Real Estate Auctions Focus: NAA 59th Annual Conference
 
The United Country Certified Real Estate team was on hand at the 59th National Auctioneers Association in Nashville, TN the week of July 7th thru the 12th. It was evident that one of the strongest presence there were those involved in various facets of real estate auctions. The interaction and networking that took place was wonderful in terms of expanding from local business and broadening the reach for each company. There were numerous educational courses offered everyday, everything from personal property appraising to online only auction panels that dealt specifically with the advancements of auctions on the internet. With the majority of the atendees dealing in real estate auctions, it was a main focus to network and share ideals for potential future referrals not only within the auctioneers but also to include realtors, bankers, mortgage companies and much more.
The conference managed to capture all aspects of the industry and presented the atendees with able and knowledgeble instructors to teach a range of topics from auctioneers bootcamp, benefit auctioneer sessions, how to improve your bottom line, bussiness concepts and ideas, public relations, lien and contractual issues, appraising, etc. The wealth of available seminars gave everyone attending great variety and opportunities ... more
