New Housing legislation just passed. Explain, please??
I see there have been several posts about the new housing bill. ( I think it still has to go through the Senate). But is there anyone who has gone through the entire bill and summerized it in total. It seems that most are blogging on what is the few points that are pertinent to them. If any one knows of a good summary, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Helen
