Signage - Lighted Yard Signs: Any Thoughts?
I have seen agents utilizing the yard signs with lights attached, for "24 hour" advertising.  I've often wondered how effective those signs are, and whether or not they make a difference in selling a property.  I also wonder if they generate enough extra leads by virtue of their lights to pay for the increased cost.
If anyone has had experience with these types of yard signs, I would be interested to hear how it has gone.  Does it help during a listing presentation, when you tell your seller that you will be advertising 24 hours a day?  Is there increased maintenance cost that is significant, due to lights burning out or units going bad?
