Do you remember your first experience as a new Agent?
Being a new Realtor can be a scary place. You learn things that you were not told about in real estate class.  A good lesson I learned is that if you make your living solely on commission; remember to save some money out of that commission check. Life still happens after the closing. I paid all my bills and  updated my wardrobe. I purchased an outfit for every day of the week because I just "had" to look like the new money I was making. I purchased furniture for my bare living room and more.  Not once did I think about advertising, ads, mailings, more business cards, etc.  It was unwise of me not to invest in my business and expect it to be successful. Lessons learned are not forgotten.
