Who likes to do OPEN HOUSES???

Is that a "Crazy" question to ask or not??? I have read several posts that talked about Open Houses and I don't know that I have read very many positive comments at all --- I have to say that I do "enjoy" doing open houses especially if people show up!  Being fairly new to the business, it has been a way for me to meet potential clients and I have gotten business from doing them - I have never yet heard of anyone in my office selling the house that they were doing the open house in, but I have heard some good news about meeting so many new clients - so the way that I looked at it - If I could take a couple hours of my time and acquire a new client or two -- I decided to go for it!  So far - so good!
