Are Lead Referral Companies Worth the $?
I am new and have been contacted by numerous lead referral companies about buying leads.  It's like they find out you've just gotten you license and where you were once unknown, now you are the most popular person at the prom.  So are these legitimate.  Are there some that are and some that aren't?
