A Tidy Home Has An Advantage Over A Cluttered One!
Sellers this is a buyers market, You must make your home stand out! If your home is listed please keep it clean, tidy, and uncluttered at all times, I know it is a pain but every time you leave your home to go to work or whatever, leave it as if it is going to be shown that day. I cannot tell you how many times I've had a last minute showing and the home is un tidy I know what you might be thinking that buyers can see around that but I hear the feed back and they all don't. If you are serious about selling a little bit of extra effort makes a big difference and shows you care and will help expedite the sale your home.
