FUN FUN FUN at the Realtor Convention in Charleston WV
Our State convention is being held here in Charleston this weekend.  I've never been to a convention, so I decided not to miss it this year since it is so close to home.  So, it started yesterday and I was there when it opened.
We started the day with 3.5 hours of Ethics training.  The educator was very entertaining and time passed quickly.  We got clarification on some gray areas and all is good.  Not to mention we have that trainging taken care of for the next 4 years now. 
When Ethics training was over, we went to the "Vendor Fair".  Numerous booths were set up to display all the banks, inspectors, advertising, etc., available for us.  I got to meet a lot of really nice people, did a lot of networking, and picked up a lot of "freebies"  Freebies are always fun!
We went to another 3.5 hour class in the afternoon.  Ok, now, this is true---the guy trained us on how to send an e-mail.  Oh my goodness how boring.  Now come on, if there is anyone in this business that doesn't know how to send an e-mail, we really need to help these folks.  BUT, it doesn't take ... more
