Shout and Let It All Out!!!!!
I just want to shout and let it all out. I feel like a woman giving birth to a baby. I am in the pushing position, the contractions are strong, I am feeling the pressure from every side. I am pushing, the baby is pushing and we both are praying for a miracle. You see when you are giving birth to something great there will definitely be pain. Sometimes there can even be dissappointments (especially when you think you are ready to give birth and the doctor tells you not yet, so you wait). I feel like I am pushing and pushing, but still no baby. No one can help me at this stage of the labor. The doctor can coach me, my husband can  console me, the nurse can calm me, but ultimately it's all up to me now. This is my journey alone. I must find a place in my mind where there is freedom from everything that is going on around me. I must change my focus, from the pain and the pressure to the triumph and the victory. I must find that place within, that will release the well of spring waters to strengthen my soul to endure anything. I must locate the source that will help me to overcome whatever ... more
