Will Keller Williams Commercial Succeed?
So Keller Williams is launching a new commercial division. I quite curious if it will succeed.  
Every time I teach an MCE class there is several agents who sell only commercial.  Most always they are not REALTORS®.  They always bring a different perspective to the class.  They are great people just they are also mavericks.  They will say what to you mean I can't pay an attorney part of the commission.  What do you mean I can't split the commission with someone who does not have a real estate license?  What is the intermediary thing you are talking about, that does not apply to commercial?  I know I can't use a Texas Association of Realtros® form, so I just get a bottle of white out and white out that portion. 
Somehow I just don't see these guys fitting into a residential type company.
