Code Blue - Citizens on Patrol Volunteers are being sought for Code Blue, a program that provides training by the Clovis Police Department to detect and effectively report crimes in progress. Trained members patrol in pairs, operate base stations and participate in the ride-along program with Clovis police officers. The program also educates residents to better prevent crime.
