Need Supra electronic lockboxes
I am looking to purchase up to 10 electronic Supra lockboxes. The blue colored ones known as an Ibox. Looking to pay around $60 for used working lockboxes.
It does not matter if you are not in my area.  The boxes function the same everywhere.  If you are not a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor(R) Association though, you will need to get your lockbox "de-programmed" by your local Realtor(R) association prior to selling them.  You will also need to sign off on a lockbox transfer form that I can email to you.We just keep listing more and more short sales and foreclosure properties and I simply can't keep up with the lockboxes we need. Update 10/30/08 :  Amazingly by posting this blog article and also blasting this article out on my e-newsletter, I was able to obtain 8 lockboxes in just 2 days.  Pretty cool how powerful Active Rain and the power of networking can be.
Even though I did not buy the 10 I posted about, I am done for now.  If I need more lockboxes, I will be sure to post again. ... more
