The people that get ahead in life are the people who are willing to learn, grow and develop on a consistent basis.
In business' related to real estate things are now changing so fast that you have to be aware of these changes and keep up with them.  There is so much to learn in areas like technology, customer needs, marketing, sales skills that LEARNING NEEDS TO BE A DAILY ACTIVITY.  
What can you read to learn something today?  What audio program could you have on in your vehicle to learn something?  Is there an online course you could take?
Most people disregard learning as something they are done with.  However, right now its more important then ever to know more and to be able to project into the future what people are looking for so that you can maintain or grow your market share. 
I personally I am doing about 3 hours a day of audio, internet, or book learning.  You don't have to do that much.  I have just become more aware of different skills I would like to have. These skills give me more VALUE going forward. This VALUE then commands more compensation in business ventures.
