Are we there yet? Getting to the bottom of the real estate market in Atlanta
Over the last year or so, I've talked with dozens of first-time home buyers who ask "ARE WE THERE YET? When will the Atlanta real estate market finally bottom out?"
Just like playing the stock market, we won't know that we hit the bottom until the stock (or home) prices go back up!

The GOOD NEWS is that, over the last two months, I have read several articles from reputable sources that tell us that Atlanta is going to be one of the first markets to recover in 2009.  Take a look...
