Port Orange 2008 3rd Quarter Real Estate Market Update

I just recently posted the 3rd quarter 2008 real estate listings and sales for Daytona Beach, and the 3rd quarter real estate listings and sales info for all of Volusia County. This post is my continuance of the 3rd quarter real estate market reports of each city in Volusia county; this one is for Port Orange.

Port Orange FL - A Great Place to Live Plan A Fun Outing in Port Orange For the 3rd quarter of 2008, there were 336 new listings entered into the Daytona Beach area Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for the city of Port Orange. Some of these listings were actually houses or condos that had not sold, and when their previous listing agreements had expired, they were re-entered into the MLS as new listings. So although there were 336 houses and condos entered into the Daytona Beach area MLS in the 3rd quarter, not all of them were new listings.
